The location on the beach was fantastic, the deck chairs were great, and it was clean and nice.
One restaurant meal was great, but the second meal (breakfast) took over an hour to be served.

Asked to use towels, as many times as we can, Air Conditioner was hot! It was 104 outside!!!
Front office staff needs training on customer service, paying more attn to own staff than customers. Asked about air conditioner. too hot in room, said they would fix it, never did. Asked for more towels told us to use them again & hang them to dry, they did not have towels would look for some. Charge 40.00 for a roll away bed. Parking is bad. ...read more

Hotel was old, no updates, pool cloudy for 5 days
Hotel was on beach, good reason to stay. No continental breakfast nor close to restaurants for kids. Hotel is old, but clean. Not for a romantic trip. Restaurant and staff friendly for breakfast.

The bathrooms leaked in the toilet, shower, and the air conditioning unit. the moved both of us to other rooms onthe last night their.

We enjoyed our stay, it is very kid friendly and close to the beach. The staff was friendly.
